Nancy Pickwell

We will start the day with a simple yoga breakfast session everyone can do. We’ll offer chair yoga and mat yoga to get you relaxed and open to our day. Yoga has provided a path for Nancy that she never dreamt of having. She studied Vinyasa Yoga and has added training in Yoga for Grief, Adaptive Yoga & Chair Yoga. She facilitates a Grief Gathering and Wellness class that has become her passion and her career.
